Feature Description
Calendars are the best way to view deadlines in AceProject. While reports provide very specific data and Gantt charts show the progress of completion, the calendar places all tasks in a weekly or monthly agenda-type view. Moreover, all tasks can be open straight from the calendar.
3 types of calendars are available in AceProject:
- The project calendar - all tasks are displayed for a specific project.
- The administration calendar - all tasks for all projects are displayed.
- The portfolio calendar - all tasks for a user's assigned projects are displayed.
- It is possible to navigate easily from month to month or from week to week.
