Calendars are the best way to view deadlines in AceProject. While reports provide very specific data and Gantt charts show the progress of completion, the calendar places all tasks in a weekly or monthly agenda-type view. Moreover, all tasks can be open straight from the calendar.

3 types of calendars are available in AceProject:

The project calendar - all tasks are displayed for a specific project.
The administration calendar - all tasks for all projects are displayed.
The portfolio calendar - all tasks for a user's assigned projects are displayed.
It is possible to navigate easily from month to month or from week to week.
