    One of our users has left the company. We can't afford deleting him from our account. Can I prevent him from logging in instead?

    Yes. There are two statuses for a user: "Can Login" and "Can’t Login." The user status is used to allow or prevent the user from logging in your AceProject account. The user’s status can be changed in the "Edit User Information" page, under “Administration -> All Users”.
