Backups are performed everyday. We actually keep the data of all
hosted accounts for the last 30 days. Moreover, you can create your own
backups, depending on the package you use. All packages let you export you data to .xls or .csv.
Hosted Pro package subscribers can download their MS Access database at anytime.
Hosted Gold package subscribers can download their SQL Server
database, as well as their project-related documents through
FTP.
