AceProject does not offer any appointment management
feature. However, you could, for instance, create an appointment with a task,
enter a start date and assign this task to the convened users. An email
notification would be sent to all convened users. Plus, the task would show up in calendars.
AceProject has no advanced, Outlook-type appointment planning features at this time.
