Every New Year's Eve, when I get together with a bunch of my friends, we tell each other our goals for the coming year. This year we decided to take "this goal thing" one step further by forming what we call our Accountability Team. Each person sets their own goals and milestones. They either enter
them into AceProject or email the information to me and I enter it. We see each other all the time, but once a quarter I print a report for everyone and bring them to our Accountability meetings. We share our progress and challenges, encourage each other and celebrate our successes. And that's how we use AceProject!
