Yes. A project template simplifies new project
creation. A project's structure (assigned users, groups, types, statuses,
priorities) as well as all its tasks can be copied. A project can be copied only if
it has been defined as a template. To do so, check the "Project Template"
checkbox in the "Edit Project Information" page.
