Can users choose the language they want to work with, or do all users need to use the account's default language?
Each user can choose which language they want to work with, no matter what is the account's default language. You can switch from English to French at anytime, by clicking the corresponding link at the upper right of the interface. Each user can also select their default language under "My Office...

We have users from different countries. Does AceProject consider time zones?
Yes. Each user can define his/her time zone under "My Office -> My Preferences". Thus, the user's parameters, for date and time formats, will be set in accordance with his/her time zone. This does not affect the company's account settings.
