When I spoke with one of your online help people they said they have created the reccurring task for others only when they paid extra to have a customized version made and this was before the last version (4.5) came out. So if you know you can do it then why is it...

Re: Recurring tasks (set one task that occurs at the same time, on a regular basis (e.g. Friday maintenance)

We plan to add this feature to AceProject eventually. In the meantime, as a workaround, recurring tasks can be simulated thanks to the "Move/Copy" feature. A task can actually be copied several times, and dates can be adjusted in accordance with your needs during that process.

We plan to enable users to add "Custom Fields" to their account. This feature will let users add date fields, among others. At present, we can't tell when this feature is going to be added to AceProject.

This is the request I get most often from project managers--to set the default for emails to 'off' with the ability to check a box to send an email notification.
