Our timesheet module lets you enter hours worked on a project or a task. Following an approval request, a project manager can approve or reject the submitted hours. Finally, time reports can be generated in order to track worked hours.

The User Workload Report shows the number of hours assigned to each user, on a daily basis. This enables administrators to view who has too many hours assigned, and who could take more work. 

All employees within an organization have different roles. That requires access rights that are peculiar to each one. Normal users can be granted different access rights from one project to another, while administrators have full control over all data in the system.

Copying a project is a great time saver and ensures that your organization's standards are maintained from one project to the other. By creating projects from templates, it is guaranteed that project managers create their projects from a standardized source. Furthermore, the parent/child relationship lets you link a project template with one or several child projects.

Importing data into AceProject is a true time-saver, especially if you are currently using another application project management software. "My Mailbox" is an internal email tool that enables you to send messages to other users in your account quickly. Communication is a virtue in project management. The more communication tools are available, the more efficient your team will be.

For example, each user can specify their own time zone and date format, or decide how many tasks are displayed per page. A discussion forum is an indispensable feature in a web-based project management software.  Discussion forums can be used company wide to share thoughts, ideas, issues, knowledge and lots more. Users can also be notified by email when a new reply has been posted to a topic.

Although AceProject's interface is available in English and French, you may need to collaborate with your team in a third language. Hence, AceProject supports UTF-8 encoding, which enables users to collaborate in 650+ languages easily.
