First, copy the email link for the email address.  The email address is unique for each project and can be found under Edit Project by clicking on the link icon at the top right.

Second, paste it into the TO: section of an email from your email client. The subject becomes the Task Summary, the body becomes the Description, and any attached document gets added to the task as well.

Tips:
-This will only work with new (blank) emails or forwarding an existing email. Replying to an email and adding this email address will return an error from AceProject.
-Set one or several  user’s to be auto-assigned on new tasks to the project so that an action can be carried out.

Note:
– The address must be placed in the TO: section of the email. The feature does not work if placed in the CC: or BCC: section
