How can we get updates and how much do they cost? |

Updates are free of
charge for Hosted accounts, and are applied automatically. However, if you use the Hosted Pro or Hosted Gold packages, and
custom work has been made, an integration fee will be charged to
re-integrate your modifications into the new version. For the
Source Code package, one free upgrade is included upon a license
purchase. Additional upgrades can be purchased afterwards.

I don't have a credit card. Do
you offer alternate methods of payment? |

Absolutely. Payments by
check or through wire transfer are accepted as well. In
either case, we require a three-month term minimum (Hosted
packages). We always prefer when a P.O. (purchase order) can
be emailed to us. Then, upon reception of your P.O., we'll
email you an invoice.

Must we sign a long term contract when we subscribe to a hosted package? Is there a setup fee? |

No. The is no setup fee,
no matter which package you choose. You will be billed on the
same day, every month, on a recurring basis. If someday you wish to
terminate your monthly subscription, simply email a notice to
us before the billing date, and we will simply cancel
your subscription. You can get additional rebates if you choose to
subscribe for a year. There is no refund allowed after 15 days
for the yearly subscription. Upon
cancellation, your database can be emailed to you, upon
request.

Can we upgrade to a higher
package at any time, without losing our data? |

Absolutely. By upgrading your account, we will migrate your
database, so nothing will be lost. Migration fees might be charged if the requested
package uses a different database type, i.e. Hosted Gold (SQL
Server) into Hosted Pro (MS Access) and vice versa.

Can our Hosted account data be
transferred into the Source Code package? |

If you purchase the Source
Code package, you will not have to re-enter your data. Your
package will be delivered with the .asp pages, along with your
database (containing your data) and the installation procedure.

Yes.
The Source Code package can be purchased for the number of
users you need. The Source Code, your free account's database
and the installation procedure are sent by email, as soon
as your payment is received. Email and phone support are
available if you need help during the installation.

How is the Source Code package pricing determined? |

When a Source Code license is purchased, there is no
limit in regards to the number of projects, tasks and amount of
storage space. However, the license is based on the total number

We can schedule a free one-hour web training during which we give you an
overview of the product and answer your questions as well. If

Yes.
Your AceProject can be customized by our development team,
through our custom work service. You can submit
your ideas and your needs to us, and we will provide you with a
pricing ballpark and a deadline to fulfill your request. Therefore, you are
aware of pricing before making a decision. Custom work
can be made in Hosted Pro and Hosted Gold packages only. If
you purchase the Source Code (installed on your intranet), we
can customize the product for you, or if your prefer, it can be
self-customized, in accordance with your needs. Obviously,
your changes must comply with our license
agreement.
