This window includes 2 sections: The title bar and the four steps of your report's creation.

• The title bar tells you where you are in AceProject. The link to contextual help can be found at the end of the title bar.
• There are 4 steps for the custom task report creation:
  • Step 1, "Identify your custom report", allows you to name your report (mandatory) and give it a description.
  • Step 2, "Choose your report fields", allows you to select which fields you want to display in your report. Click on a field in the "All Fields" list and click the right arrow to add this field in the "Fields to display" list. To remove a field to display, click the left arrow. To select multiple fields, hold the CTRL key down. You can also decide an alphabetical or numerical  "Sorting Order" for each field, ascending or descending.
  • Step 3, "Choose Your Report Filters", allows you to filter your report by choosing which filters to apply. Project Filters, Task Filters and User Filters are available.
    • The Project Filters section lets you select which project criteria will be displayed in your custom task report. Available project filters are the following: Statuses, Projects, Types, Priorities and Clients. To select multiple fields, hold the CTRL key down.

    • The Task Filters section lets you to filter which tasks will be displayed in your custom task report. Available task filters are the following: %Done, Dates, Status Types, Statuses, Groups, Types and Priorities. To select multiple fields, hold the CTRL key down. As regards to the "Dates" filter, select which date field you want to base your search on: Start Date, Due Date, Date Created and Last Update. You can use up to 2 date criteria at a time. Here are the different logical operators meaning:
       

      • < means "before" the date selected.
      • < or =  means "on or before" the date selected.
      • =  means "on" the selected date.
      • > or =  means "on or after" the selected date.
      • > means "after" the date selected.
         

    • The "User Filters" let you filter which users will be displayed in your custom task report. Available User Filters are the following: Groups, Creators, Assigned Users and Reviewers.  Groups, Creators, Assigned et reviewers. To select multiple fields, hold the CTRL key down.

  • Step 4 is the final step that allows you to save and generate your custom task report or to reset it.  The "Back" button redirects you to the "Custom Task Reports" page. This page contains all created custom task reports.

Is it possible to select more than one criteria in the lists?
