The Multiple Project
Un-Assignment tab is used to un-assign
a user from multiple projects simultaneously. This is a great time saver since you don't need to open each project individually to
un-assign the user.
This tab has 3 parts: the title bar, the navigation tabs and
the list of assigned projects.
- The title bar tells you where you are in AceProject. At the end of the title bar you will find a link to contextual help.
- The Navigation Tabs let you browse through the
user's information, his/her assigned projects, "Multiple
Project Un-Assignment" and "Multiple
Task Assignment".
- The List of assigned projects displays
all projects the user is assigned to. To un-assign a user
from project(s), simply check the
corresponding boxes and click the "Un-Assign" button.
