Contextual Help - All IN/OUT
The All IN/OUT window displays all IN/OUT items from all your account's users and for all projects.

This window has 2 parts: the title bar and the "All IN/OUT" time report

  • The title bar tells you where you are in AceProject. At the end of the title bar you will find the link to contextual help.  
  • The All IN/OUT report displays all IN/OUT items from all users for all projects
    • You can sort the table by clicking on any underlined column header: click once to sort in ascending order and twice to sort in descending order. 
    • Click a project name to open its incomplete tasks list.
    • Click a task summary to open the task. 

What are IN/OUT items for?

N/OUT items are used by each user to log his/her time automatically. For administrators, this window is useful to know which task each user is working on.
