The
Account Statistics window displays statistics for the
account's users and for all
projects, complete and incomplete. You can also see statistics for
one project at a time using the project selection drop-down list.
This
window has 4 parts: the title bar, the
project selection drop-down list, the main table, and the users
statistics table.
- The title bar tells you where you are in AceProject. At the end of the title bar you will find a link
to contextual help.
- The project selection drop-down list
lets you select to visualize statistics for all existing projects,
completed and incomplete, or for only one project at a time. To
see statistics for a specific project, simply choose it from the
list and click on
"Apply Filter".
- The main table
provides a summary about all projects configured in
your account.
- How is Total Tasks calculated?
This number is the sum of all tasks from all projects. For
example, if you have one project with 25 tasks and a second one
with 35 tasks, the Total Tasks field will show 60.
- How is Total File Attachments calculated?
This is the number of files uploaded for all your projects,
along with their total size.
- How is Total Actual Hours calculated?
This number is the sum of all hours entered by users
in their time sheets for all projects. Actual hours correspond to the number of hours filled in the time sheets for all projects. This only includes time sheet items with in progress, submitted and approved status. Rejected time is not included in the computation. To see a breakdown of hours
for each user, scroll down to the Users Statistics table.

How is Total Completed Tasks calculated?
This number is the sum of all completed tasks from all
projects.
- How is Total Incomplete Tasks calculated?
This number is the sum of all tasks that have a status other
than completed, for all projects.

How is Total Estimated Hours calculated?
This number is the sum of all estimated hours entered for all
tasks in all projects.
- The users
statistics table shows information about all users configured
in your account.
- It displays the number of tasks created, assigned and
reviewed by each user for all projects.
- It also shows the total hours
entered by each user in their time sheets for all projects.
- Click
on the links in the columns to reach the list of tasks assigned,
created or reviewed by a specific user.
- How is Created Tasks calculated?
This is the number of tasks each user has created in all
projects.

How is Assigned Tasks calculated?
This is the number of tasks assigned to each user in all
projects.

How is Reviewed Tasks calculated?
This is the number of tasks that each user has to review (verify)
for all projects.

How is Actual Hours calculated?
This number is the sum of all hours entered by each project
user in their time sheets. The information is broken down by user. This only includes time sheet items with in progress, submitted and approved status. Rejected time is not included in the computation.

How is the Assigned Hours calculated?
This number is the sum of all the estimated hours from the
tasks assigned to the user for all projects.
