Throughout the week, we are moving all AceProject accounts on brand new servers. These servers will have a positive impact on the application’s performance, among other benefits.

That being said, this change comes with some inconvenience. During the migration process, some customers may experience unexpected downtime or instability at certain times, for short periods of time. This is beyond our power and we will do the necessary to control what we can in order to prevent downtime and instability as much as possible.

Some clients may experience issues with FTP Access or Remote Access to their SQL Server database. If this is the case, please contact us at support@aceproject.com asap to address the issue and we’ll provide you with new credentials.

We are performing this change for every customer’s benefit, but we understand the inconvenience it causes and sincerely apologize for this.
