When the “Allocation based on estimated hours” mode is selected, AceProject divides the user’s estimated hours on an incomplete task evenly by the number of working days from its Estimated Start Date to its Estimated End Date. If the Estimated Start Date of the task is passed, the estimated hours will be distributed evenly from the current date until the Estimated End Date of the task.
The system repeats the process for each incomplete task to determine the total number of hours assigned to the user for each day.
