Actual Project Hours represent the total number of hours users entered in their time sheets on the project but without specifying a task. Only time items with an “In progress”, “Submitted” or “Approved” status are taken into account. Rejected time isn’t.
The “Next Task Number” field allows you to specify the Number field value of the next task to be created in the current project. Thereafter, the task numbers will automatically be incremented by one each time. Should you wish to leave “holes” voluntarily in a task series, you may increase the Next Task Number accordingly.
A project’s structure (Task Groups, Task Types, Task Priorities, Task Statuses) can be copied to another project upon the creation of a new project only. A project’s structure and tasks cannot be copied to an existing project. You will find detailed instructions on how to create new projects using a template in this help topic.
