Here is some general info in regards to AceProject rights:
- AceProject has two levels of rights: the user level and the project level.
- If, at the user level, you setup a user as an Administrator, he/she will have access to all information across the entire account. If, on the other hand, the user is setup as a Normal user (at the user level), he/she will only have access to information related to his/her assigned projects.
- As a normal user, your rights on a project then depend on your project level rights on that project (namely the following: Project Manager, Time Approval, Expense Approval, Can open the project, Edit Task Level). For more information regarding project level rights, you may refer to these FAQs.
