The FTP site we provide our customers will give you access to the last 3 nightly backups we perform of your SQL database (only available with paid packages). The database backup is a .bak SQL database file that you can restore into SQL Server 2014 or higher.
An account administrator may request the credentials for the FTP service through an e-mail to support@aceproject.com.
As well, be advised that the service is restricted to fixed IPs and the IP address or address range should be provided for the users that will be connecting. Use a tool such as ip2location.com to get your IP address.
