There are 2 options:
- If you can manage to close out projects and tasks so as to meet the Hosted Basic (free account) limitations, you might wish to downgrade your account to the free level. For more information in this regard, you may refer to this help article.
- You might want to retrieve all your data using the FTP service that is provided with your subscription and cancel your subscription. Should you eventually wish to sign up again, you could provide us with all your data and, for a one hour set up fee, AceProject tech staff would be able to set you back up on an online account.
