The project manager access right is used to grant full control over the project. A project manager can perform the following actions:

  • Access the project (the “Can Open Project” access right is automatically granted to project managers).
  • Manage the project’s structure (e.g. project number, project name, start and due dates, set of values for task groups, types, statuses and priorities.
  • Full control over task editing (the highest “Edit Task Level“, “Full”, is auto-granted to project managers).
  • Assign and un-assign users and modify their project access rights.
  • Approve/reject time sheets (the “Time Approval” access right is automatically granted to project managers).
  • A project manager can also add and edit time sheet entries (time items) on behalf of other users.
  • Approve/reject expenses (the “Expense Approval” access right is automatically granted to project managers).
  • A project manager can also edit expenses recorded against the project by other users.
  • Delete the project.
